ABOUT ME
My full name is Anna Kaye L. Bontoyan but call me KAI for short, 31 years of age. I was born and raised in Davao City, Philippines.
Aspiring to become part of your business. I possess excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. I am comfortable communicating with individuals at all levels of an organization, and I can convey complex information clearly and concisely. Overall, I am a reliable and detail-oriented individual who is committed to providing exceptional support to my clients. I am excited about the opportunity to work as a virtual assistant and believe that my skills and training experience make me an ideal candidate for the role.
EDUCATION
I studied at CAVITE STATE UNIVERSITY for 2 years. School year 2007-2009 as Bachelor of Science in Business Management.
WORK EXPERIENCE
I worked as a Call Center Representative at Wave Informatics Outsourcing Services (WIOS) for almost 6 years from year 2015 up to 2021. A Taxi caller company and a mechanical shop based in Canberra, Australian Capital Territory.
My tasks are to answer calls and address concerns and inquiries create bookings for Cabxpress, organize a calendar appointment for Rego inspection, monitor the bookings, navigate and monitor the driver's whereabouts.
